Just when you thought you heard it all, we tell you Danny Brown is writing a children’s book. Yup, you heard it right. He’s writing a book for kids. You might be thinking, “WTF is Danny doing”? Considering his interesting ways of being and his musical content. But rest assured, its all for a good cause. According to an interview with Triple J, an Australian radio show, Danny said, “its really about self-esteem on black girls,” This idea was inspired by the famous Dr. Seuss books, and dedicates it to his 13-year-old daughter.

His goal behind the book is too shine light on the fact that girls in our generation work on pleasing everybody 1st and work on themselves last. Danny Brown said, “It’s really about a little girl who does all these things to herself and changes herself and she realizes she’s just better off the way she is.
